The project:
In February 2020, I’ve been contacted by the famous Belgian publishing house to work on the full redesign of its e-commerce website. From Spirou to Gaston, Marsupilami to Largo Winch, rediscover all your heroes
in a brand new digital platform.
The results of my work:
- A 200% growth in the basket conversion rate was observed in the first year.
- Simplification of the customer journey within a catalog of 24 000 references.
- A "fun to use" interface, incorporating the iconic characters to enhance emotional design.
